What is Paylette

The project was aimed at creating an application that simplifies basic mandatory elements of employees for small companies. The app would focus on HR settings, HR payroll systems, and automating processes.

Project goal

The goal of the project was to make it easier for small companies to manage and keep track of their employees' attendance, payments, and tax-deductible expenses. The app would also include a digital wallet for benefits, financial transactions, and a map of accepted locations.

Biggest challange

One of the biggest challenges was to create an application that would be both user-friendly and compliant with different countries' regulations.

Another challenge was to ensure that the application would be able to handle the various tasks that are typically done by HR departments, such as tracking attendance and managing payroll.

Third challenge was to implement the functionality for employees to customize their experience and for employers to have a better understanding of their employees.

Conclusion

The project was able to successfully meet its goal of simplifying the management of employees for small companies. Despite the challenges, the team was able to deliver an application that is both user-friendly and compliant with different countries' regulations.
